A country I would like to visit

      Hello! Today I will talk about a contry I would like to visit, I hope that this happen very soon. I only know parts of Chile, so It's one of my wishes to know another parts of the world. I would like to visit China, India, Iceland and Russia, but at this moment of my life, my whishes are focused in England. I would like to visit this country because It's a place with beautiful architecture, good people and a very different and rich culture. I have some knowledge about this country, basically related to music and culture, like some things about its buldings like the Big Ben, royal family and information about music because this is the country of one of my favorite bands in the world: The beatles. If I have the possibility to travel to England, I would like to visit all the country, but mostly, the city of Liverpool, because this is the city where the members of The beatles were born. In Liverpool, I would like to visit places related to the history of my favorite band, such as "The cavern club", where they gave their first presentations, Abbey Road ( the place of one of the most mitically pictures in the history of music) and Saville Road, the place where they played the famous " Roof top concert". Furthermore, it's one of my plans in the future, to be able to go and study some degree related to children and adolescents psychology.

My first term of 2012

       

         Hello!! today I will talk about my firs term of this year. My first term of the 2012, was an interesenting time, because I was taking an active part in a lot of things. In first place, I took subjetcs that need a lot of practice rather than a theoretical learning, that was the method of the previous semesters. I learned a lot of thing about childhood and adolescence, that is the subject that it will be my specialization in a short time . In addition to, I was participating in two assistantship , one of Clinical Psychology and the second was Neurophysiology, in wich I learned a lot of things, but it was a lot of work too. In my free times, I was participating in a theater class, where at the final of the semester, we represented a play. On the other hand, the challenges and problems that I had to face during the semester, were mainly related to organize my time, and be able to do all the things I had to. Besides, during june and july, I was working at Censo 2012, and it was very fun, but it was a job which requires a lot of time as well, so it was very tiring. However, I always had the time to share with my family and boyfriend, so it was a very good first term of 2012 for me.

SECOND SEMESTER

Practice with patients

I'm at 4th yeart of Psychology, and the next year I will have to do my professional practice. I will be Child and Adolescent psychologist. This semester I have a signature when I have to work in a pre-practice with a little girl, from a kindergarten of Ñuñoa. Her name is Gabriela, and she has 3 years old  (is a baby!!) . The work has been beautiful, but very difficult because she has little problems with languaje and pronuntiation of some letters, so sometimes, It has been very difficult understand us ( Its normal for her age, because she still are in languaje learning process). My wortk basically consist in do a psycodiagnosis because she show disrruptive behaviours and social isolation. I have been work with her since april, and this month, the process ends. The final diagnosis has relation with symptoms related to a Pervasive Developmental Disorder, because she was a little problems with her social development, but this are symtoms that has to be evaluated more deeply by a psychiatrist. This is my first "patient" in my life like a psychology student and future psychologist, so it has been an interesting experience, but full of insecurities as well, because its a big responsibility. ( She always talks about her favorite movie " Toy Story" ... in her english:  "tory tory" )

Maybe and The rain song, my favorites

The last week, at my oral presentation, I talked about The Beatles and that my favorite song was "Hey Jude". This is my favorite song, not only about Beatles, but about all the songs that exist in the worl hahaha. Talking seriously, I had a group of songs that I like it very much, and no, they aren't Beatles songs. I often listen music from 60's and 70's because I like the style of that time, the instruments played are a little different (or maybe the use that musicians do of they), the lyrics was related with another subjects ...  in short, this two decades was a period full of magic, creativity and hope. One of my other favorites song, is Maybe by Janis Joplin. I heard it for the first time when I was 17, and for that time, I was interested in all the "hippie" music, so It was a interesting musical time in my life. I really love Janis voice, because its full of power and softness at the same time, and specially this song ( I love the lyrics too) . Sometimes its very difficult to choose one favorite song, so I think I had a couple more to share with you. Last year, I was a little obsessed with Led Zeppelin, a english band,  and their song " The rain song", that is a love balad and I really love the lyrics ( a long time that I don't listen this song!!) . I heard this song for the very first time at december 2010, but I knew Led zeppelin from before, but not all their songs . Think in this two artist, Janis Joplin and Led Zeppelin, prove that I really love the blues!!

A beautiful friend

Today I will write about my best friend called Paloma. Paloma is a 24 years old girl, that live at San Fernando in summers, but the most part of the year she spent her time in Temuco, because she study medicine veterinary at Catholic University of Temuco , so we meet and spent time toghether mostly at winter and summer vacations. She is a very nice girl, very understanding, sincere, she's a really fun girl and we laught a lot, talk about anything, we like to see movies, and I always spent my summer with her in some improvised trip. We are been friends for a long time. We meet when I was 4 years old, and she has 6, in a birthday party, because our families are friends and very closely, so since that day, she pass to conform a important part of my life. We have in common a lot of things, like some values, political ideas, the same sence of humor, shared some particularly things like the taste for purple color ( and thats the reason because the color of this publication is purple hahaha)  . Also, I have a very good relationship with her family, because they know my mother before I was born and then when I was a baby.We keep in contatc by facebook, email and phone, but we are always in touch and knowing things about the other's life.  We shared a very beautiful friendship, because we are friends since we were a little girls, so we have a very long time toghether. I think that we will be friends for ever.     

                                  

A website called "Pijama Surf"

Its necessary to say that I use Facebook , Twitte and Gmail every day. I use Facebook for keep in touch with my friends, Twitter for read news and know what its happens in the world and gmail for read my emails. Its true that " I lost" a big time of my life on this sites but also read a page name " Pijama surf " that its very special. ¿ Why this page its different to the other ones?. Because this site its more "scientific"and shown particulary information. The information that this page talks about its a very less comun information like: conspiracies, landscape photographs, aliens, geology, interesting information, ecology, etc. This page characterized for entries like " Risking life to photograph the most active volcano in the world", "Curious photography captured through fish eyes" , "Incredibly criature its half mollusk, half discotheque", etc. In this site, there is a section called "Natura" and its my favorite because shown articles related with nature, information about curious animals, different places and a very nice group of pictures. So, sometimes I prefered visit this site that sitting to watch Tv.
